I can always lose about five pounds immediately, then nothing happens or the five pounds come back. Determined to drop at least 10-15, then if 5 come back I will be ok. Staying away fast foods, which is difficult since I travel by car a lot. Trying to snack on fruit and make one meal a salad only. Good luck with your goal! Let me know how you are doing.
