PS: Try water-running (deep end w floatation vest) -- easier on the knees & a pal of mine had GREAT results!

Thanks for the note about everyone winning a $100 bet... hopefully with over 50 players, we'll get some kind of payout. If not, I'll probably pop down my bet size... we do want a chance to win some money... but I also like providing the incentive to REALLY work hard to lose the weight (hopefully not to cheat).

Way to go Susan as the MVP ... inviting lots of people creates a support group for you besides the one here.

Thank you I just ordered my first CSA box so lots of plant based food in my future! We just got an amazing crop of peaches and grapes. I'm going to stick to kale salads for dinner. Thank you!

We also have avocados. I'm worried to eat until this bet ends. The jackpot got me so joined with 15 days to drop. Also in another game which I'm not too worried about. I know it's just money if lost but I am looking forward to fitting into some of my smaller clothes and feeling better about myself.

It's too early to weigh. The earliest is 2 days before the game begins which would be Sat.
