Happy Tuesday, it's time to lock in!

This is a great time to think about what you want out of this game. Your goals don’t have to be huge. More water, more movement, better sleep, more consistency. What really makes the difference is having a simple plan and actually writing it down.

Plan your meals. Know what you’re eating and make sure you have what you need at home.

Plan your workouts. Put them on your calendar and treat them like an appointment.

Pay attention to water. Find a cup, bottle, or routine that helps you drink more and stick with it.

Track what you eat. Writing it down, using an app, or snapping photos can be a great way to stay honest and aware.

Prioritize sleep. Good sleep supports weight loss, recovery, and overall mood more than we often realize.

And remember to have some fun with this. Taking care of yourself includes rest and enjoyment too.

I was doing really good with my weight loss journey last year and was actually down 25 pounds, but then I got off track and gained about 15 of it back. I’m hoping by the end of this diet bet to be back where I was in September, doing a total of 25 pounds toward my weight loss goals. I still have a long way to go in my journey, but I’m hoping this will kickstart my weight loss plans to lose a total of 100 pounds.
