- Happy Monday! Welcome to week three. This feels like a good time for a small reset. Not everything, just one thing. For this week only, what’s one habit you’re willing to take a break from? Nothing extreme, just something that might be holding you back a bit.
Late-night snacking, skipping movement, too much soda, mindless scrolling, whatever comes to mind first. Commit to dropping it for one week and see how it feels. No pressure to be perfect and no promises beyond this week.
What bad habit are you dropping? I’ll be refraining from bedtime doom-scrolling.
