I am going to be completely honest with you: You have to want it. You may think, "well duh, Tamara, who DOESN'T want to be healthy?". But I mean, you have to WANT IT, like you can't go one more day being this unhealthy. If I may suggest one thing: I know this game is called DietBet, but you can't think of it as a diet. It's a lifestyle change, as in, "for life". So it has to be sustainable. If you quit your junk cold turkey, you set yourself up to fail. You need to make small changes (say, one piece of your favourite candy/chocolate/whatever per day). Or if you just can't keep yourself from indulging, then start some sort of exercise and work on food later. The point is, you're not too far gone as long as you're alive! You can do it!

It is not all about dieting or workouts, you need to try to find your own inner dialogue and have a reconing with it. I wrote a blog post about my inner dialogue,- we all have them. The trick is to find the right strategies for you.
