Slim fast is doing ok. I eat other things with it to flesh it out. I usually put a cup of Frozen berries in it. It's really yummy that way. I'm also eating a lot of low=calorie bulky foods such as lettuce and cabbage. That makes me feel full. Did you know that an entire head of cabbage is only 168 calories? I love cabbabage. I ate the whole head throughout the day yesterday and I felt pretty full all day.
