Hey there! I have a trainer at the place I workout and he said I wasn't eating enough for the amount I work out. I was hell bent on eating only 1200 cals. a day regardless of my activity that day. You are supposed to eat back some of the cals you burn, so now I aim for 1200, but don't stress if I hit around 1300 or so on no workout days. On workout days I use a HRM to track my cals burned and eat back about 75% of the cals.
