Kinda worried about weigh-in. I need to take some steroids for a medical issue. I always gain weight while I'm on it. Any suggestions to avoid that while on it?

It’s usually water weight! You could definitely take an over the counter water pill (expect to pee a lot) (still drink a lot of water though!) lol and you should still meet your goal!
