Oh I should mention any big diet changes you should work with your doctor on. Especially when it comes to blood sugar. I personally like and did your approach of small better changes every day

Welcome to Warriors John! I hope you enjoy the journey with us and we can be part of your strengths. The journey is never perfect but if you keep trying you will get very good at overcoming obstacles. You will get stronger and your life will take a great direction towards the better health you not only hoped for but truly deserve. Just wanted to post this here for you too. -I posted the muffins on the board for you. You can click and save. Also cause I post them all the time if you click on my picture that takes you to my page that has them under photos. Definitely skip the green tea. Oh and people that can't eat seeds would need to check with doctor about the muffins. Definitely think you should invest in the ingredients and give them a go. I quite wheat with them. Definitely have better energy and less cravings. You can try a spoon of coconut oil in your coffee too. It can help boost energy and aid weight loss. You still have to observe calorie intake though. I do a healthy version of ketosis diet and have increased energy being off the carbs/ glucose fuel. Your body literally burns fat for fuel. Clear thinking and energy. (might be something for you to try at some point to help energy) I developed my own diet for stable blood sugar. My friend on a ketosis diet was amazed how close I was eating to her diet. All I had to do was up fat and cut carbs a tiny bit more. This diet you can slowly transition to like I did by just lowering carbs and wheat. You
