    *Okay guys, Friday is the last day of our final challenge! Please click on the comment button below this post to report in. You have until Saturday at 12:00 PM PST to report. We will have our drawing shortly after that for the $40 Amazon gift card!

    Challenge reminder:
    1. Water- Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day 5 days this week.
    2. Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group.
    3. Fitness- get at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days this week.
    *And not mandatory but recommended, please post at least once this week to update us on your progress/struggles, or offer support to another player.

  • It's time for the 2nd Challenge: The Fitness Challenge!

    Monday-Friday: Get a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise in each day. Walking, jogging, swimming, elliptical, sports, weight lifting whatever you want........Your choice. Just get your heart pumping, and muscles working! You can break it up into segments if you need to.

    ** Starting on Friday there will be a post asking if you completed the challenge, that is where you will comment if you completed it. You will have until Saturday at 12 PM (noon) PST to report in. Everyone who completes this challenge and reports in will get their name in the drawing for a $20 Amazon gift card!

    This is not required, but at least once during the week, post about what you did for a workout. It will help give the rest of us some good ideas, encouragement, and motivation!

    **Please let me know if you need any modifications due to injury or health.

I joined StepBet games so I'm required to walk at least 6 days/week. Right now I'm in a Marathon game so I walk everyday :smirk: It has been a blessing bc I've been busy with some familiar health issues (not covid thankfully) and I've had to make the time to do my steps, and I find my time walking invigorating :blush:
