I ran. It was 27 degrees out and I wanted to stay home. I made up my mind and put my shoes on. When I got home and looked at my Garmin I realized I ran one mile further that I thought I did! Sometimes habit/commitment before motivation. I was not motivated to go, but I was committed. It was a great run after all!

    Keep Healthy Easy To Prepare Snacks Around! Keeping healthy food nearby can help prevent you from eating something unhealthy if you become excessively hungry. Having them ready to go ahead of time is an added benefit. Instead of reaching for that cookie, you could get out those eggs that are already peeled and boiled.

    Some snacks that are easily portable and simple to prepare include whole fruits, nuts, baby carrots, yogurt and hard-boiled eggs.

    What quick and healthy snacks do you keep around to help keep hunger in check?

Feeling deflated. Ive done a hard workout every day this month. PLUS I’ve dialed in my nutrition. And the weight is not moving. Might be the first time I don’t succeed on the bet 😥

Cheat days definitely help me break through when my weight plateaus. Also, intermittent fasting can be very helpful.

What's your nutrition plan? I've found changing things up from time to time really helps me. I like about 3 or 4 different kinds of diets (low calorie, or veggies only, or keto, etc). I'll stick with one for a few weeks, then switch to another. Helps to keep things from getting stale.

I made this for dinner tonight. I hate pork rinds, but these were by far the best chicken strips I have ever had. Maybe don’t add so much extra salt though.
