First of all Bravo to you for diving in with 5 bets!
I love working out it's so great for you. Eating right is 90% of losing scale weight and it helps show off your muscle. For real success with no doubt calories counting everything is critical. I use my fitness pal and fast food nutrition to kelp me.

Thanks! With luck, having five bets on the line will motivate me even more. And you're right about counting calories: it's something that I need to start doing, and I'll look into MyFitnessPal for that.
