I have started replacing dessert with a sweet drink at night. Typically ranging between 10-50 calories and that has helped me a lot!

Saaaaame! The sugar is my worst enemy. I notice that if I don’t touch it, I can combat the cravings. But as soon as I have even just a taste, everything goes down hill fast.
