Can someone recommend a low calorie but filling food that works for them? I’ve googled it and tried different things but it seems like it’s either one or the other.

My favorite low calorie, high volume food is “unfried rice.” Using cauliflower rice and other substitution. It’s so good and I do not like cauliflower. You can’t even tell if you make it right.

I have started replacing dessert with a sweet drink at night. Typically ranging between 10-50 calories and that has helped me a lot!

Saaaaame! The sugar is my worst enemy. I notice that if I don’t touch it, I can combat the cravings. But as soon as I have even just a taste, everything goes down hill fast.

I think I’m finally over the hump! After Valentine’s Day we had far too many bad food choice days. My knees were in pain even after getting back healthy habits. I was starting to believe it was arthritis and I had to stop my typical work outs. Today, after being consistent again for a full week my knees feel less sore. I knew fatty/carby/sugary foods caused inflammation in my knees but I didn’t expected to be as severe as it was!! The scale has went down a couple times this week which also released pressure on my knees so WIN-WIN. 1 lb weight loss reduces knee pressure by something like 3-6 lbs.
