Non-scale victory of the week!

I don’t know if I win. I do know I lost some weight every single week. That’s pretty amazing for me. I finally wake up earlier, will start at the gym membership on a couple more good months like this. I fit in the same clothes better, eat better, finally started to use the work out videos I bought YEARS ago and feel like a better version of myself. It’s helped boost my strength, literally STRENGTH. I’m not only feeling stronger I am!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I just started to do more than walk. I still love my Fitbit but I need the workout videos I have now, too. That’s branching out in my life. I used to be the workout queen! I hope I find myself again under all of this. I feel like I was hiding. On purpose, too. That’s over.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

6 hours of sleep. I used to get SO much less. Maybe it was the FOod! I always thought it was just stress. That was probably my dependence on FOOD talking. I look back and it’s been ONE little month but I see myself more accurately. It’s alarming. Still, that’s been a gigantic MOTIVATOR! Huge reason to plow forward and he STRONGER. The strength feeling is absolutely more wonderful than chips were. What a realization. I hope this journal helps anybody reading it to know it’s not just them. This is my only public entry all month. I am nervous to do that but this idea that we aren’t alone is healing. Staying with the team was a lot of fun. Thanks you all. Truly. I mean it. Big realizations. Lots of gratitude.
