I was less then a pound making weigh in but even though I didn't make it this time I am still happy where I am today then I was a few months back. I am getting back on track starting today!

Pelaton drawing was a couple days before the end of round #2. Just for the record all participants for this game were eligible regardless of their current weight.

a little frustrated...ive lost nearly 40 pounds (dating back to pre-dietbet) and am now at the same place i was in past weight loss journeys, which is huge. but the scale just is refusing to budge anymore. working hard not to get discouraged but it's frustrating to be once again at this same place and be stalled yet again just like in the past. ill keep hanging in there but just had to vent a bit. hope everyone is doing well!

thanks all! im increasing my water intake, aiming to eat more fruits and veggies, and am tracking macros now so hopefully this will help! also going to up my workout intensity a bit :blush:

Make sure you are eating enough. If you have been in a deficit for awhile it might be time to add in your calories in order to see progress! I get that it’s hard. In the mean time are there other non scale victories that you can get excited about?

  • Today I was under my calorie and fat goal, slightly over my carb goal and close to hitting my protein. All in all great food day.

    Got my Liift4 week 5 day 1 complete and feel stronger and stronger the more I do it. So exciting to get back in shape. Its a slow progress but I am feeling great!

  • I made a Buffalo Chicken and a Pizza Spaghetti Squash tonight! We split them in half so we could each try both and omg they were soooo good! I'm partial to the buffalo chicken, but I had sauteed mushroom, green peppers and onion with the pepperoni for the pizza one and it tasted amazing too!
