Non-scale victory of the week!

Been consistently do 80 day Obsession, StepBet and RunBet. Has a major weight gain which did not deter me because I knew I was incorporating weights and retaining water. I feel major xhanges ib strenght and running form.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Vegetables were lacking to say the least. Need to prep on Sunday like before so uts readily available.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Started 80 day obsession plus started another RunBet. Worked extra hard this week. Was concerned with extra weight gain to to monthly bloating, but focused on working hard and kept a winning attitude. Fight until the end ang you're going to surprise yourself.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

After winning my last DietBet, indulged in a 2 glasses of wine for 3 days and did not monitor quality of food, plus PMS. NEEDLESS TO SAY, my weight has jumped up 9 lbs. Hoping the bloat and sodium is most of the culprit. Tomorrow pressing RESTART.
