Non-scale victory of the week!

Saw family I haven’t seen in months or years and received compliments about my weight loss!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Worked out with some weights, I need to incorporate some resistance training

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went out with friends and felt good, got a compliment from my brother!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Worked out daily, didn’t get 11k steps a day... I was sick but made sure to still get it in after I felt better.
