I am really weary of the yo-yo that I have been on since my son was born in 2018. Up and down needs to stop. I want to feel healthy and strong and set a good example for my kids regarding healthy eating and exercise being something to be enjoyed.

Non-scale victory of the week!

It was our annual beach trip...so my NSV was that I had a blast and wore a bathing suit all week

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything, haha. More water, less mindless snacking, less alcohol...and the list goes on.

I have been more hungry this week, especially in the evenings. I think I need to figure out how to eat things during the day that help me feel/stay full for longer.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am finally starting to feel the results. My waist is starting to return! The full body photo I took this morning shows a noticeable difference as well. YAY!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have exercised more. I did 5 days of walking, which is a huge improvement over the past weeks, but I haven't done much in the way of cardio or strength training since my pregnancy started in Jan 2018. I have a goal to run a 10K in November and a half-marathon next February, so I need to get moving if I am going to get there!
