I see you are doing vegetarian like myself. Love raw vegan spaghetti, lasagna, tacos(lettuce tortillas) and soups made in my vitamix....love that watermelon is in season now too. And banana ice-cream has become my go to treat....how about you?

sometimes i do eat oatmeals, basically what i try to do is, i make sure that most of what i eat raises my metabolism
