continuous switching in my diet every couple weeks or so , is my way to shake the weight off, i realized that sticking to one diet makes your body gets used to it quickly then your weight stables and get to plateau zone

switch between egg & cereal for breakfast

switch between chicken and meat for lunch ( or between fruit and vegetables )

different kind of cheese try switching between them, something like that

changing the amount of calories by 200 only ( for entire day ) tricks your body ,

changing the meal times , tricks your body too

its pretty simple, u make it your own way :)

Alexis J.

you can even literally eat the same things, lets say you eat

eggs for breakfast

chicken for lunch

salad for dinner,

and u just swap breakfast/lunch

chicken for breakfast

egg for lunch

salad for dinner,

that alone does the job, its all up to you, just change anything.

haha ^^ ye i already signed up for 2 more dietbets to stick with my weight loss till i reach my weight goal mark,

i studied " habits " right before i enter this diet, and i set a " half way goal mark weight " , so that i remain in that new weight
( i don't add or lose weight ) and i remain in this weight for like 3 weeks to 4 weeks, just for my eating habits to be set in that weight, and i get used to eating less, without working much, because all i have to do is remain my weight.

after 3-4 weeks are done, i'll simply continue to the other half and reach my ultimate goal weight :)

i just realized that pretty much everyone have the same problem which is not being able to maintain the weight they lost, and the reason is people just over do it , they gotta remain in some certain weight, and relax there weight till their body is used to it, & their eating habits are set, then they continue etc. You can't have a large step at once haha :D

thats what im doing ^_^ what about yourself?:D

I am having alot of fruit. I love that the fruit here is varied and way less expensive than where I used to live. I have to be creative with the salads. They can get boring. I try to make sure and have at least one raw Vegan gourmet meal a week. And of course green smoothies too. We have a cooked meal once in 2 weeks that is real clean. My husband is doing the bet too. He is very supportive however he isn't vegan.
what an interesting idea....holding at the half way point. I do know maintaining is much more difficult at first than the losing. I got to my long term, weight 10 years ago. I am planning on the better success this time with more permanence. Which bets are you joining after this one? I'm loving the supportive community that this gives everyone. I think I will be involved for a while. Even considering the 6 month 10% game they are suggesting.
