Non-scale victory of the week!

It’s not been a good couple of weeks I ve been sick for 2 wks with some type of weird allergy reaction and since I work in a school my eating habits and work out habits have lost consistency now that school has started back up

Weekend was a fail. Daughter’s 4 yo bday party and Mother’s Day. Had too much extra food and sweets/junk stuff
