Hey Charlie,

Just checking in to see how things are going. I'm leaving Sunday evening for Cuba for a week. No wifi at the resort...yay! It'll be weird not having internet but nice at the same time. I hope things are going well and we can catch up when I'm back. Have you been doing the squats challenge? Have a great Friday!!

Thanks so much for all the information Cara! I really appreciate it. I'll definitely check it out and would love to join your team. I have been trying P90X as we have the videos and I love the guy teaching that class but those exercises really wear me out.

Sound great! Looking forward to having you join, that's awesome. Start with the modifier with T25 & work your way up from there. My boyfriend and I both did that in the beginning. You'll know when to step it up. :)

Charlie, I'm delighted that you have joined "It's No Sin, 2 Be Thin," It was great having you in my Fatty No More game awhile back. Congrats on your 12.6 lb. weight loss so far. Wow Charlie - you lost 28% in day 1? What diet and exercise plan are you following? I would love more consistent results. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I used the flu diet plan! LOL! Horrible weekend and couldn't keep anything down. Don't try this diet! I drank 8 glasses of water yesterday because I was so thirsty and my weight is back up again today to what it was before the weekend. I think it was just rapid weight loss from dehydration.

Charlie - I just got invited along with a few others to do a Beta test of a new 6 month Diet Bet which starts the Tuesday AFTER Labor Day, Sept. 3. I usually like to have all my games running during the same dates so I can take my pics all at the same time.

Fatty No More is scheduled to start on Friday, Sept. 6. but I'm thinking of possibly moving up the start date to Tues Sept. 3 also.

How do you feel about this? Would it be BETTER for you if I moved up the start date or should I just keep things the way they are? Weigh ins would then be Labor Day weekend, Sunday, Sept. 1, Mon. Sept. 2 and Tuesday, Sept. 3.

I am NOT going to make any changes until I hear from everyone on whether this is a good idea or not?

Let me know as soon as possible.
