Non-scale victory of the week!

last week I managed portion control all week except Saturday. I just ate a larger portion for lunch on Saturday and smacked through out the day.

jumped rope more consistently . I only worked out twice.

Worked out every day for around 1 hr and ate excellently!! So proud of myself!!
