Going to talk about last 2 weeks. Ate well over thanksgiving and didn’t gain while traveling.

Ate sooo much better over the weekend

Got into a size 9/10 and my 10’s from torrid are loose. Tried yoga and didn’t do awful!

Again more water. I always say that and then I still struggle with it.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I meal prepped for work all week! Had a salad with tuna or chicken on it M-Th all week! I also tracked my meals better on MyFitnessPal

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Weekends still need some improvement. I tend to eat more junk on the weekends since I'm home more. I also don't drink enough water on the weekends.

Not to go overboard when we leave for vacation. I'll be out of town for 10 days so I need to stay focused to meet my goal for my last week of my kickstarter bet.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to taekwondo Monday- Wednesday of this week. Killed it in Promotions last night!! I also haven’t missed a day of doing my #100squatchallenge!! My legs and butt are definitely feeling all of the squats.

Drank more water!!
