For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

This is a very slooowww process for me. I have lost 22 pounds since August. 10 of those came since February 18th. 65 still to go.

I got a notification saying someone liked my comment....except I didn’t comment. So I clicked on it and it showed my weigh in for today. Thought that was private info if the numbers were crossed out. WTH?!

Mine listed my actual weight and said how many pounds I gained. And someone liked it. I went thru the feed and didn’t see it in there. Don’t know what’s going on, but it’s annoying!

If the numbers are crossed out, only you see them. Everybody else sees the non specific message. They can like the generic message.

Due to a family emergency I was not able to weigh in :( my eating habits have been less then ideal as well. But I've gotten back on the wagon and that right there is huge. Normally I'd use this as cause to give up. Huge personal step forward feeling good embracing my own journey full of all its hills and valleys. It's okay to fall back sometimes as long as you continue to try!!

  • A couple years ago I upgraded my quesadilla skills at home from just cheese, to cheese + nutrients. Thought I’d share in case anyone else craves the dilla on occasion. I cook shredded chicken & spices (usually chipotle powder & salt) in red salsa. Add rinsed black beans and corn. Then toaster oven the mix in a low carb tortilla with RF Mexican 4 cheese shred. I like to dip in salsa verde after. It’s a nice flavorful mix I don’t feel terrible about consuming. And it works as taco filler, or with baked scoops. Perhaps even w/greens as a taco salad. This pan made three batches of filler so it doubled as meal prep. Win win.
