Yes, stayed on plan, but my alter ego cycle visited me this week, I thought those days were over but showed up since I have been loosing weight. I lost 15 pounds prior to this diet bet since 7-1, so I'm still very happy with my weight loss. Gonna do some zumba today! Thanks for the Cheer, see ya at the finish line!
