I completed an official 5k race by a combination of jogging and walking (and my per mile pace was faster than a race I completed last November !).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I succumbed once to a spell of storm stress eating, but I got right back on track and didn’t beat myself over it.

I went on a weekend trip with my husband and we balanced fun activities (concert, a few drinks, and sushi) with healthy habits (getting exercise by walking and running, getting enough sleep, not overdoing the drinks!).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I let work stress crash the rest of my Thursday/Friday fun. I need to be less focused on perfectionism and more focused on getting things done.

I got back on track after some work stress led to an overeating streak. I did not beat myself up about it (too much) and picked up right where I left off.

I could have worked harder to incorporate exercise into my work days, but I didn’t.
