Anyone else feel like when stressful and unfair things happen that over eating is justified? Up 5 pounds this week and frustrated, mostly at myself. It’s like there is a part of me that just thinks if I’m sad then I deserve high calorie food…

I'm really struggling with the logistics of getting these photos uploaded today. This is probably the 20th time I've uploaded photos to dietbet and not had trouble before. I can't get to the right screen, app keeps freezing and I'm trying to do it on the website, and apparently it's the wrong file type but my computer won't convert it. Anyone else ready to chuck technology or the window morning or never do a dietbet again?? Worst part is I'm not even going to win, this round, off by 0.2 lbs. Frustrated.

Made it! Hurt my back a couple weeks ago and have to really cut down my exercise to low impact. This forced me to really prove weight loss happens in the kitchen and it's very true!

Has anyone here ever done a maintainer? I’ve done a lot of dietbets over the years, and after the end, I tend to creep back up pretty soon after, and then six months to a year later I’m doing another transformer. I was thinking about just signing up for one maintainer after the other after this to keep myself accountable…

Trying to get motivated to stay on track. I keep having weekends that set me backwards. Trying to get little wins here and there. Goal is no alcohol until the next weigh in. Also, more sleep.

Missed the round and then had an unexpected 1.5 lb drop after the weigh in. Funny how hard it feels to control the number on the scale. Yet I'm seeing very slow albeit consistent downward trend. Just a reminder to hold tight through the bumps and plateaus. And hoping they don't come at the wrong time for the Sept weigh in!

Well I didn’t make the round 3 goal. I was up 0.2 lbs over the last two weeks. It was kind of my summer break. I’m confident I’ll hit my round 4 goal though and be back on track. That’s what is nice about a Transformer. It keeps a more long term perspective.
