Great project! I'm thinking about it, too. I have been a vegetarian for 25 years but clean eating takes a lot more work, at least I came to that conclusion now :-) My favorite books are Eat to Live by Joel Fuhrman (minus the supplements) and Crazy Sexy Diet by Kris Carr.
