Hey Adriana! I am sorry to hear that the first medication isn't working, here's hoping the second one works better for you. Hopefully next week I can see a doctor to find out more about my mysterious health issues, would be nice to have a diagnosis. I have been insanely busy with a conference this past week, 9am to 9pm. Not a good week for the diet, been feeling a bit demotivated to be honest. But I shall keep going. I already signed up for another Dietbet. Also I am putting together a blog to make myself accountable and focus on weight loss in a postive healthy manner. By myself I can get negative and demotivated easily, groups help I think. Will post the link once I get a post up! :)

Sorry for the small novel in reply to your question about barefoot running ;p The TL;DR version is, the minimus shoes are a step in the right direction, and great when you can't go barefoot, but I would DEFINITELY recommend starting barefoot just to force your body to find your ideal running form first. I love your reply! It answered my questions and encouraged me! Its really nice to get info from someone who is actually doing what you want to do. My two sons run with minimus shoes and love it but they are both thin and in great shape. They have been telling me to join them in this new way of running but I thought I'll just wait until I'm not so fat! Lol!
