Non-scale victory of the week!

Diet - mostly strict.. 2 cheat days. no booze or soda. worked out 6 of 7 days

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stick to clean diet, no booze or soda. Continue to lift then finish with cardio. This week I'm adding 4 abdominal workouts after cardio.
