Non-scale victory of the week!

trying out 1 shake and omad diet this week. It was all mental and had to fulfill hands with something other than forks, spoons and knifes. Also jog,sprint,town more than just treadmills. A lot more outdoors than gym weights. Dropping the weight didn't feel so healthy but will be back to the normal way of eating

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

not being so extremist of 42 minute cardio in morning. 1hr weights at night with added 42 minutes

get back to sleeping early. Living a little by actually gaming, reading, binging tv shows and not overworking or over excercising

Non-scale victory of the week!

shorting the meals eaten in a day to 2 meals, one small meal and one feast big meal before bed. preparation, tracking workout routines checking them off. Upping cardio to 42 mins even on rest days from kickboxing, tabatha or hiit

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Whats most challenging is the food pushers and sabotagers. Its a constant battle and ongoing thing of sticking to my plate yet trying to show others my wellness meals is nutrious and fullfilling
