Bonaire! How exciting! If you work really consistently I bet you can do it. You'll feel so much better having just a few pounds off. I hear ya on the up and down with weight. I've lost 60-90 pounds THREE times. It's so embarrassing to gain it back. But I decided this time that I wasn't going to be a quitter when I had a bad day or week or even month. I have to always keep going with my good habits even if it gets really tough. The alternative is staying where I am, and I'm miserable right now. You can do it!! I'd love to see 170 with ya! (I'm at 230 right now...)
