On that starvation mode plan your body is craving what it HAS to have. I encourage you to try a healthier plan

I don't have normal milk....It's protein milk, while I also do eat salad with a lot of chicken and tofu. It's not bad, and I don't really feel hungry throughout the day. I'm just attempting to stop snacking, which is what leads to *my* weight gain.

Thanks! I pretty much did that, and I did go on a run afterwards. I felt a lot happier than I probably would have if I had simply done what I planned. I felt more satisfied and not hungry. I just need to gradually slow and stop those cravings that lead to binges.

I hope you didn't top out your calories at around 900! That's too few, even if you're petite with a tiny frame. If you starve yourself, you're going to lose muscle mass and slow down your metabolism. Please be careful.

I can relate to wanting to hit your goal weight ASAP, but I have learned the hard way that whatever you do to get yourself into shape is what you have to do to stay in shape, and if you don't intend to keep up a hardcore diet and exercise regimen forever, you'd be better off with a moderate diet and exercise plan (and slower weight loss) that's sustainable.
