Hey everyone! I don't know about you all, but I have let go of my diet during the holidays, and I'm so ready to get back to it and shed off those pounds gained! If I made a diet bet to start within the next several days, who would join me? We can share stories to help push each other. Let me know!

What is your motivation to lose weight and reach your goals? The most important thing is having the proper mindset in order to do so.

Goal to lose weight and get healthy. Your photos are very impressive.

What I'm doing:

Trying to walk 10k or more a day. Will add swimming when school starts again and I have more time

Trying to cut out the unhealthy carbs and soda.

Water, water, water

10K a day is awesome. Swimming is one of the best forms of cardio. Regular and diet soda are both horrible. I recently quick and I haven't even had a craving for it. I also started drinking more water and I can tell a major difference both inside and out. I shoot for around 64 ounces a day. Good luck and let me know if I can help in any way!

Diet and exercise will boost your mood and obviously get you healthy. If I am upset or stressed, a workout can turn that around.

What are your goals? The most important thing is to have a goal and have the mindset and determination to reach that goal. Once you get that mindset, the rest is easy and even addicting :)
