Hi everyone! My first is 15 months old. Still breastfeeding in the morning and evening. Still carrying about 20 lbs of pregnancy weight. Whoever said breastfeeding was good for losing weight is sadly misinformed. Anyone else find that it makes them ravenously hungry!? Just started full-time day care, so I feel like maybe I will be able to focus on my health and fitness. This weekend I went on a bike ride for the first time since I was pregnant!

Hi. I just signed up for my first diet bet. I had my first child 4 months ago, but have not seemed to be able to lose the weight. I am currently breast feeding. Does any one on here have any suggestions for losing weight, while still maintaining your milk supply?

I think it's important to track calories. That way if your supply dips you can increase by a couple hundred until you find your sweet spot. I was concerned about supply with cutting calories but so far (fingers crossed!) it hasn't been an issue. My babies are almost 7 months old.

I have this concern too. My LO is 3 months. I'm taking the approach of keeping my caloric intake up, but making sure that I'm choosing healthier foods and making more of an effort to perform mild exercise.
