So I'm doing the Fit for $50 bet and The Transformer bet at the same time. So far, so good: I'm doing 10,000+ steps a day, plus Pilates 4x a week and daily powerwalk (30-60 minutes). I had a meeting at a bar and stuck with coffee and water. No alcohol, as I had promised myself, and I didn't miss it at all. Right now, I have no doubt I'll meet both of my goals. It's great to be optimistic, right?:)
