I've always had a problem with food. And unlike overeaters I have the opposite problem. I don't know why but I just have no metabolism to speak of. I can totally forget I haven't eaten for 24 hours and not feel hungry but then when the hunger starts it's like I want to be sick.
I started eating better before this challenge started but I'm in a really tough place right now emotionally under quite a lot of stress due to injuries, legal battle, not being allowed back at work until I have a full injury and mental health clearance ... good luck with that pretty much :\
I've done great since the challenge started I think with spreading out food throughout the day.
Wednesday
Day Total: 1495 calories (30% of the calories are from fat, 21% from protein, 49% from carbs and 0% from alcohol)
Exercise: 1.9km Walk (20 mins)
Thursday
Day Total: 1654 calories (29% of the calories are from fat, 22% from protein, 36% from carbs and 13% from alcohol)
Exercise: 6km walk + 1.3km walk (1.5 hours)
Friday
Day Total: 1451 calories (26% of the calories are from fat, 24% from protein, 50% from carbs and 0% from alcohol)
Exercise: 2km hills and stair climbing (25 mins)
I have a food diary and I'm pretty rigid on remembering to add things.
One of the things I fear the most is getting on the scales again and even though my effort in diet and exercise is high, that I'm going to end up putting on weight. At least if I had a problem with overeating I could explain why my weight doesn't shift and never really has. I suppose there might be something to the whole body going into storage mode when enough calories aren't high enough. I acknowledge what I eat but I don't watch it or overly restrict it.
