
Well, today I am paying for it a little in the hammies and the area over the hip fracture site is really tender. Early morning start today for grocery delivery and because I accidentally tipped over my bottle of water onto my bed and down my back lol.
Hopefully I will do some stair climbs or something low impact but still difficult. High five for day three. Or four. So confusing being in Australia :P
Greek yoghurt, 2 tbs toasted nuts/muesli and some roasted strawberries for breakfast. With food that delicious it's not even hard to stick to it.
