
Sydney is in the midst of 5 days of wet, cold and miserable weather. I can feel it leeching my motivation and totally raining on my mood. I can't even bring myself to eat. Really miserable.
So while I can't go out and keep active, fortunately I have a yoga mat and a 20 kilograms weight set and a floor and bodyweight routine to keep doing something.
