Sry you're having such a rough time of it. The weather has a huge impact on my mood too. Is there any place you can go to just walk (like an indoor mall, aquarium , maybe some attraction you take guests to, but never think about on your own? Good luck and take care.

Good for you!

I'm sure when you have to live in it all the time it gets to you but we were in NZ for three weeks and totally loved the rain and cold. We walked everywhere and got soaked. We're from Arizona so it felt like such a treat to get out of 110 degree heat. Yoga is a great choice for your mind and body. Keep it up!

Heya!

If you stick with Eli's guidelines in his AHHHHH-mazing book, you can do it!
I've been doing it 'One Step At A Time' since the beginning of the year...and I have had really great results, simply by following Eli's advice!

I have one small 'issue' with something you mentioned...and I quote..."I don't know if I'll succeed".
It should read..."I know I will succeed!" Be positive, don't anticipate a negative outcome from the get go, if you want it bad enough and you put the required work in, you WILL reach your goals.

And Eli is a great motivator!!

Just 'Keep On Keeping On' buddy and 'Trust The Process'!

Warm regards from Zanzibar!
