My nutrition is back on track this week, but I am still struggling to get all of my workouts in. I don't know why I am having such a problem with this. Once I started working out first thing in the morning in October, I had no problems at all. I knew that I had to wake up early and exercise and I was consistent. Now that it has gotten cold outside, I just don't want to get out of bed at all. I'm not sure if that is  just an excuse or not. I know that exercising in the morning is the only time that I will be consistent with it. I strongly dislike working out when I get home from work. Mind you, I work out at home to the Daily Burn videos. My living room is sometimes a bit chilly in the morning, but it isn't like I am being exposed to the harsh weather conditions outside.

I have always told myself that if I don't do it in the morning then it just won't get done at all. But since I seem to be struggling with morning workouts, maybe I should reconsider working out in the afternoon. I need to do something!! I miss my daily workouts even though I can't seem to find the discipline to do them. Why is it that once we start exercising, it is fun and we realize all the benefits of it, but the moment we take a "break," we just can't seem to start it again?

I'm looking for consistency, not just a few workouts here and there because I am either too cozy in my bed to workout or because I am too tired after I get home from work. There has to be some sort of balance. I just have to find it.

I won't make goal this round, but I wish everyone else good luck and hope as many of you reach your goal as possible!!!
