I didn't have much time lately, but I didn't want to stop blogging completely. So here's just a quick update.

I'm doing fine. I lost another 0.4kg since monday, so I won my next dietbet. I'm now at 4 out of 4. I think I might join Tony Hortons dietbet, starting May 5th. I still have those P90X DVDs, but I never actually completed the 90 days so far.

My left shoulder (from strength training) and my right knee (from running) hurt...a lot. And I think I know my body pretty well. It's not the kind of "sore muscle" pain. Today I discontinued a run for the first time ever because it just hurt too bad. And I don't have the feeling that I am super touchy (I am not sure if that's the right adjective in english) when it comes to pain.
I am annoyed and angry about the situation. I think I will have to take a week off from training and be super accurate with my diet. I only have to lose 0.4 kg in the next week to win my next dietbet, so this should be possible even without exercising.

Not eating candy kills me. I don't think I can do it for another 9 days. Really.
