I'm starting Round 1 of my first ever dietbet. I have decided to do the 10% in 6 months weight loss challenge because it coincides almost perfectly with my wedding and my desired weight for my wedding. So I'm pretty excited to have found this website "just in time".

 

That said, I'm super nervous about the 3% challenge for round one. I've never been able to lose more than one pound a week, and hitting this 3% challenge requires me to lose 5.5 lbs in 4 weeks. Starting at 177 and getting down to 171.5 doesn't *sound* daunting, until I remember my history with weight loss. But, I already started an "exercise for 30 minutes every day of August" challenge that should help me lose some of this weight. And if I can just manage my food in-take properly, I *think* I'll be able to do it.
