Good for you! The longer I use DB, the more I notice how much the blog feature is so so so good. I think it works on so many levels. For me, reading other people's successes inspires me AND makes me evaluate my own successes or failures. Reading about other people's struggles makes me evaluate my own AND not feel so alone-- I relate to more struggles than I thought I ever would. It makes me feel a tinge of competitiveness-- not enough to feel spiteful or ugly, but just enough to want to push a little harder. AND folks on here have good ideas. I'm sold. Keeping my head in the game means I need to focus, at least a little, on the planning and goals associated with diet and fitness. Reading your blogs and writing my own (as I just remembered, haha!) is so helpful to me. So thank you for blogging! And reading. And making resolutions to be HAPPY! We should all try to be happier. I think I'll add that to my list :)
