So interesting! Thank you for posting this. I'd never thought of taking a potassium vitamin. I'm not a big fan of bananas, so this is very intriguing. I'm going to consult Dr. Google re: the chromium too (which all I can think of re: chromium is Erin Brokovich - lol). I know you just spent $9m on vitamins, but if you're ever looking for another one, apple cider vinegar seems to be helping me curb food cravings.

Alice W. and bahhhhh like this comment.

bahhhhh

I started taking potassium after I had an eye twitch that lasted for two weeks. LOL. I tend to get muscle cramps and twitches pretty easily, and I remember reading that being very hydrated can cause your body to become potassium deficient, because it flushes out easily or something. Don't quote me on that. Anyway, I can tell a difference when I don't take potassium for any length of time, and night time Charlie-horses are THE WORST. Bananas aren't the best source of potassium, contrary to popular belief. Sweet potatoes are a good source, and lots of easier foods (I hate bananas, but I eat them because you're supposed to eat some of everything. Bah.) There's also yogurt and tomatoes and edamame and some fish. Ask Dr. Google about that, too. They always say it's best to get your vitamins from food rather than supplements, but I try to do both. Apple cider vinegar-- I've tried that! It will kill a craving for me, but I think it's mainly because it makes me want to yak, lol. I have noticed I'm more satiated after vinegary foods. nutrition is weird.

bahhhhh

Oh! And the supplement you'll be looking for is chromium picolinate. But that's too long to say or type :)
