Ah, I can somewhat relate. I'm anemic so I'm constantly EXHAUSTED. I tried to up my iron intake naturally but it was really hard so I starting supplementing. Then I ran out of iron pills... and then kinda forgot to buy them again. So now I'm once again so darn fatigued all. the. time...

Yeah, fatigue is just a part of my life. I had an iron infusion not too long ago and I was really hoping it would improve my symptoms, but it didn't. An $800 procedure (that was just my portion, wheee!) and I felt no better. Very disheartening. But I try to get in as much iron as I possibly can, heme, non-heme, supplements, and follow all the tricks they tell you like avoiding dairy around iron and adding vitamin C. If I do ALL of those things, relentlessly, it keeps my iron levels JUST on the good side of low. That's an awful lot of work for not much benefit. But it's better than palpitations and stuff, so you know. Anemia is DUMB. It really does take a long time to get those stores up. I hope you start feeling more energetic soon :)
