Great success! I'm all about the NSV! (Non-scale victories). They add up as the lbs drop off. Kacie has good ideas with the weights. Also, if you go to a gym, ask one of the staff to show you how to set up a routine. They're usually more than happy to help. Beware of the after 8 eating. Even if you're under cal goals, it can show up in water weight the next day. Good luck!
