For today's exercise, I only did my "normal" routine. My normal routine for a Monday or Thursday is:

  • 35 minute walk to bus station <--Didn't do this today
  • 30 minute lunch walk
  • 65 minute walk to martial arts class <--Only did 50 mins today since my sweetie picked me up on the way
  • 75 minutes of martial arts

MyFitnessPal.com says I've burned 1450 calories today despite skipping out on some of my usual activities. So I'm feeling pretty satisfied. 

Also, my scale says I'm down to 173 pounds even, and it seems like my weight loss has finally slowed down to a more realistic pace. I'm hoping to be around 169ish for next week's weigh-in. That would put me at a 4.5% loss for Round 1, and I think that'd be great!
